Too many to count! Everyone is friendly at first, but then you quickly see the groups and backstabbing. Constant lying to Executive Management. Very buddy system, and it’s all about who you know. You’re definitely a number here. Also, if you’re in Management (salary), you’re expected to work over 70 hrs a week with no time to go home to family. Sometimes, longer than 2 months! My lineman were always exhausted too! At least, they’re hourly I suppose. They only care about deadlines while preaching safety! They’ll ask dumb questions in interview process to make you believe every man counts which is far from truth. Once again, it’s all about who you know here. Training in all aspects is lacking from the time you step in the door.
