Work from home. Was a decent start to getting started in cold calling and the bdr world.

Kontras

severe micromanagement. no accountability from upper management and its every man for themselves. no chance of promotion after you hit team lead, training was going downhill, layoff periods at least every six months and you won't survive unless you're liked by the boy's club in charge.

- CEO sets unrealistic goals and blames BDR's and lower tiered employees for failing when it's typically the fault of upper-management and unrealistic quotas to reach - Promised quick upwards movement and raises when starting, was never promoted and only got an insignificant raise a month before being laid off unexpectedly after not getting one for the previous two years -Holidays have been cut and bonuses are non-existent (replaced with a "President's Club" that only gives you a single day off the following month if you're lucky enough to be selected) - Managers boast use of AI tools to do the jobs that actual people in the company are supposed to be doing - Fought for unemployment benefits for two months after being laid off due to the company's inability to correspond timely with the workforce commission
