Upper management was comprised of predominately underqualified friends in their 20's who had limited if any skills or knowledge in logistics as a whole. They are good at warrior keyboarding but not so much with common sense and work ethic. Watching my superiors have conversations with drivers with valud complaints was disgraceful at best. Lots of talkers with BA's but no brains. It became apparent while trying to work with drivers that the payroll staff and recruiting preyed on these poor souls, and I personally had 95% of the fleet in the red within 2 weeks of them being OTR. Having prior experience with reputable companies in transportation, it became morally disturbing to see so many drivers come in motivated, to then see their commitment not reciprocated. Eagle is a dine and dash. It wont be existing much longer with the way it operates.
