Senior management has not been in the trenches and has had no understanding of the reality of the clients or job in years despite directly making decisions on both. Check-the-box one size fits all mentality. Passive management surrounded by “yes men” who know best and don’t take any input from others and then have to back track and change everything each month when their great ideas don’t work.
