Directors of the European offices are the most degrading people I have ever worked with. I have never been looked up and down in a work place by men as much as I did here. They have no respect for their staff, pay very minimal salaries and I'm pretty sure if some of the employees who work ridiculous overtime hours added up there over time throughout a year this company would be paying less than minimum wage in total. If they do not like someone then they will find a way to get rid of you. No one is safe. Lots of long standing employees left last year - says a lot really. The office is so dreary. If you bring in a packed lunch in the winter and don't go for a lunch time walk, don't expect to see any sunlight. There are no windows and no fresh air coming into the building. They threaten your yearly bonus all the time! and will blackmail you with it. Avoid like the plague.
