Easy working environment, not much work load, friendly employees, Adaptable timing, not much of work load, no target work

no understanding, do not cooperate, i left the job because i had an offer from a bank but they did not give me my relieving letter despite informing in advance. So the overall experience was very bad.

Open work culture, not much of boundation, not much target pressure

Do not help employees in need of help.
