Dynamic Imaging is truly a great company for an ambitious employee. Management recognizes effort and accomplishments, and responds accordingly. Employees are encouraged to share their opinions, and your input is actually valued. They value passion and ambition, even if you don't have a lot of experience. I worked at Dynamic Imaging for several years, and recognize several of the other (negative) reviewers. They mainly didn't show any passion for their work; and just did the bare minimum to get by. We had a few guys come in and just go on Facebook all day. Naturally, these guys didn't last long, and I guess they took their anger out on here. The real message to take from this is, at Dynamic Imaging, you get out what you put in.

Employees can be overworked at times. It is a small company with a lot of customers, and plenty more in the pipeline, so you end up juggling several projects at once. Management is currently seeking multiple new employees, so they recognize the issue and are working to fix it.

Small Office, Small Community, If you have a limited work background they will be open to you

The salaries are small, because it is run by a husband and wife and those who are friends - it can be abusive, there is a lot of pushing down, but people who are mindful of needing a job typically deal with it. Also, three month delay for benefits.
