Working at Massdrop is a dream come true. I cannot say enough great things about working here. When you join Massdrop, you join a company full of brilliant and passionate people who will amaze you every day with their knowledge, skillset, and passion for their respective roles and outside interests. I initially came to Massdrop as a short-term contract employee, and there was not a moment that I felt like I was not a true part of the Massdrop team. I’ve never worked so hard in my life, but for the very first time in my career, I truly love my job. Massdrop is a place to grow, learn and do amazing things. The learning curve is steep because the company’s business model is unlike any other, but you’ll get the hang of it after a while and your more-experienced peers will always be open to help you out along the way.
