Learnt lot python Opencv projects. responsibility right away and exposure to important projects of the company. we cannot expect in large companies.  Work in the same room as the founder and closely. good projects to sharp my skills and learn. lot of various softwares download and experiment and trials to ahchive the result

we have to be exposure to senior person and hence scared. small team only. projects demands complexities. but even though senior help and guidance. constant changing and reading new github and other places to get result. very tough some times

Good work life balance as of now. Very focused working hours but not required to put in extra hours. But could change as company grows and projects change Team meetings are nice, but not very consistent. More adhoc, startup

Very small organization. Startup culture with everyting outsourced. HR policies are adhoc. Accounts / Payroll outsourced.  No onsite opportunities being a startup. Maybe it will change with more projects. But none as of now
