Quality of work life was the very best of all of the animation companies at that time. It actually didn't feel like you were going to work at a corporation, but at an artist retreat.

There was a definite ceiling to your future within the company, as the company looked to hire from the outside for most higher tiered positions, rather than working to grow its own.
