Pros
I work with really good people. We all genuinely like each other and have developed life-long friendships. There are lots of restaurants near the office, as well as a park. I don’t mind what I work on and although we work in a fast-paced environment, I rarely feel overwhelmed by it.
Kontras
Teams were brought back into the office, but the facility itself is run down and has very few amenities. Pay is low compared to others in the industry. Lots of management turnover and change of policy. Poor company communication and gatekeeping of policy/workflow changes. Not many opportunities for growth or pay increases. Management needs training. They have a nonsensical PTO policy where sick days need to be made up in-office to ensure collaboration (when no one is there). They do not clean/maintain the shared spaces well, or upgrade broken shared office/kitchen equipment.
