Zero, this company is the worst underhanded real estate company in existence, there is nothing good about defrauding tenants and treating employees like dirt.

Owner is a common thief, upper management if not related is either being used or just plain stupid. The family is generations of cheating and stealing (some former employees are now destroying other family run companies in Beltsville, Md). Lots of old connections with “the families “

A business should work so employees and tenants can live and hopefully be happy, Everything an DD is about egos, lies, lawsuits, cheating, employees and tenants beware. If you don’t have it in writing, it’s non existent. Read everything with an attorney before signing ANYTHING
