Only hire and fire - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei DoubleSpring: Mitarbeiterbewertung

DoubleSpring has been in business for 8+ years. Most years have been profitable. Unfortunately, 2016 was a down year for us. Our revenue was down 40% (YoY) and we had to let go of most of our employees. Despite financial issues, ALL employees were FULLY compensated (no dues owed to ANYBODY) The 1-star review above was left by ONE disgruntled employee. He is factually correct when he says that we lied to him. He was asked to leave and the reason given to him was down-sizing. The truth is that we fired him for his obnoxious behaviour, constant cribbing & generally being negative at the workplace. Think about this: He started a startup that failed in 3-4 months, joined another startup but was fired in 3 months. Yet, he feels qualified to give us the following advice: "Get funding first". The irony! In 2017 we are back to being PROFITABLE and we are hiring again! And yes, we are proud to be bootstrapped.
