We won't argue with how this felt, or try to talk you out of it here. If turnover, unrealistic goals, and a gap between our stated values and how leadership actually behaves is what you experienced, that's on us. We're looking hard at where leadership isn't living up to what we expect from everyone else, that doesn't end with this reply.
