I don't have one pro I can say about this position or company. Maybe its that we never had to work past 5:30/6.

There are so many terrible things about this company...this was my first job out of college. I was so eager to work hard, learn about the industry, and build my career experience. Every single coworker, whether above me or at my level, was rude, did not value healthy relationships, micromanaged us, and didn't want to take out the time to teach me valuable lessons. I can name only TWO people I have worked with that I still keep in touch with who were genuine people. You never realize how important it is to work in a healthy environment until you have left and found a new job. I was verbally abused there and have unfortunately carried that experience with me. The entire company is so sadly out dated and old fashion as well. The industry does not need Doneger's services.
