great coworkers, interesting because of various and changing stock -every box is a surprise. mostly great customers. But a lot of thieves. just DONT.. IT'S LIKE HOTEL CALIFORNIA; YOU CAN CHECK IN BUT YOU CAN NEVER LEAVE!

Management hasn't got a clue about scheduling. Short -LESS THAN SKELETON CREW- on a normal busy weekend, too many schelduled on down times. Should know the clientele base better. wont accept suggestions or insights from employees.. If you question .or make a suggestion, you are then singled out for 'revenge tasks and scheduling' in other words they get upset at you for bringing the situation to their attention after telling you to bring problems to their attention then you are asked to remit your hours and go home or they will pick on someone you are friends with andsend them home. Very arrogant and petty. The view on thieves is let them do what they are gonna do, causeit'ss not worth an employee getting sht over a 1.25 or 3.00 per 5.00 item. You're to tell management so they can watch the person the next time they come in. However, if you follow those, they will once again blame you for the theft, and if you stand up for yourself, the revenge scheduling and tasks begin. LOW pay, no vacation, no benefits, no consideration for employees, other important scheduled events such as mandatory school classes( discussed before hiring), no consideration for appointments to no trust, demeaning attitude by management, as well as poor management skills. No time allotted for employees whose family members are seriously ill (severe auto wrecks. Or Soupse gets diagnosed with terminal cancer. WHILE ALL OF the employees GENERALLY LOVE the company, we would like to feel valued and respected.
