You're employed. If you can work on the stock team only, its not a terrible TEMPORARY job. Easy to comprehend job. If the culture wasn't so toxic it wouldn't be that terrible of a part time job.

Customer service employees make minimum wage, management make slightly above minimum wage. The turn over rate is exceptionally high because customer service reps only get, on average, 6 hours a week. Trying to change company moral is impossible because years of rude and immature behavior has been ingrained in the company culture. Partially due to the fact that the company will hire anyone out of desperation and never try to train people in appropriate customer service etiquette. It's near impossible to have someone cover your shift because all employees hate working there. Overall dead end retail position
