Good Company but Limited Growth in the US - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei DocuWare: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Heavy workload with not a lot of team support. Also, company is growing which is great but seems to be heading in a more bureaucratic direction with typical corporate practices which is troubling. Company pays less than other companies, but I stay because of the positive work environment. I've also noticed an increase in people being let go recently. Also, in the Americas there are limited career growth opportunities as it seems a lot more roles are being posted in Germany and we can't apply.
