If you can survive here, you can probably survive anywhere else. That’s the only “pro” I found.

* Extremely poor work-life balance. Working 16–18 hours a day became the norm rather than the exception. * Weekend work, including Saturdays, was often expected. * The company attracts candidates with promises of remote work, but that often translates into being available almost all the time. * No proper planning, clear goals, or structured leadership. The entire operation seems dependent on one person. * Very little trust in employees, creating a stressful and unhealthy work environment. * Employees are often spoken about behind their backs instead of receiving constructive feedback. * Commitments made during hiring are not always honored. * Cost-cutting appears to take priority over employee welfare. * No sense of job security. * Salaries are not consistently credited on time, often arriving between the 7th and 10th of the month. * The overall culture is demotivating, with only a handful of genuinely supportive people.
