Managers are taught to care deeply about the professional trajectory of every one of their team members, and to find ways to integrate those goals into their core responsibilities. There's a genuine culture of hard-work, ambition, but also caring for one-another that starts at the top and has been shared down to even the newest team members. The company is in a large, exciting vertical, which I find extremely appealing. The New York office is an awesome part of the city. Management makes a sincere and proactive effort to maintain a positive, inclusive, and growth-based culture.

Most of the people who work here wouldn't want it to be easy because they are all striving to be their best, and get even better, every day.
