Thanks so much for your comments and your amazing work for DocsCorp over the past 5+ years. With any fast-growing software company there is always a little of what you call 'Innovator's Dilemma', building new technologies and getting the right mix of price, features, and ease of installation to ensure we exceed our client's expectations. I would dearly love to have even more money for R&D - we spend over 30% of our revenues in R&D, which is very high for technology companies of 15 years history, but we have to live within our means. Every spare dollar we have goes to R&D. I wish you well in your next endeavour, and wish you and your family well. We will always consider you a part of the 'DocsCorp family'.
