Pros

Nothing as such! Toxic politics, blatant favoritism, and ego-driven leadership.

Kontras

I usually don’t write reviews because experiences vary from person to person. But after reading multiple reviews here from frustrated ex-employees, I felt it was important to add my honest perspective. My experience at Doceree was nothing short of disastrous, and frankly, reading other people’s accounts made me realize that the issues are not isolated, they’re systemic. The first red flag is how the company responds to criticism. Instead of showing maturity or willingness to reflect, they respond with frustration, defensiveness, and ego. They seem more concerned about controlling the narrative on Glassdoor than actually fixing the root problems. This behavior mirrors exactly what happens internally, management reacts badly to disagreement and treats feedback as a threat, not an opportunity. The culture is toxic, plain and simple. Office politics and blatant favoritism run the show. Promotions, recognition, and opportunities are not based on merit but on how well you align yourself with the “in-crowd.” If you’re part of the inner circle, you can get away with anything. If you’re not, no matter how hard you work, you’ll be overlooked, sidelined, or set up to fail. Management lacks basic emotional intelligence and professionalism. Ego clashes, immature behavior, and controlling attitudes are rampant. Instead of building trust, leadership thrives on fear, manipulation, and power dynamics. They talk a lot about culture and growth, but their actions reveal insecurity, micromanagement, and a deep inability to accept any form of dissent. Another disturbing aspect is the culture of retaliation. Employees who speak up, question decisions, or show disinterest in the company’s theatrics are quickly branded as “negative” or “difficult.” Constructive voices are silenced, not heard. This has created a suffocating environment where people either conform or get pushed out. Doceree is a textbook example of how a company with potential can be ruined by toxic leadership and unchecked politics. The environment is not just unprofessional, it’s emotionally draining. Many talented people leave not because of the work itself, but because of the daily mental exhaustion caused by favoritism, ego battles, and a complete lack of genuine leadership. If you’re considering joining this company, think twice. The glossy external image doesn’t match the internal reality. If you value integrity, fair treatment, and a healthy work environment, this is not the place for you.

We appreciate the time and creative energy you put into this review — it’s clear you’ve given it some thought (and perhaps a little flair for drama). While we can’t speak for every individual’s experience, we do know that perspective is a powerful thing — and often, what feels like “toxicity” to one person can look a lot like accountability to another. We’ll admit it: we do respond to criticism. Not because we’re trying to “control the narrative,” but because we believe silence leaves room for misinformation — and we prefer clarity over conspiracy. As for “ego,” we find a healthy dose of confidence helps when building something ambitious. It’s hard to revolutionize an industry by whispering. Hard work and professional growth are rewarded here; politics, not so much. It’s unfortunate that your experience didn’t align with that, but we wish you success in finding an environment that feels more in tune with your expectations.

Pros

I've been really happy since joining Doceree. The onboarding process was one of the best I've experienced. I had plenty of time to ramp up, learn about our offerings, and understand how my role fit into the bigger picture before I was fully on my own. It made the transition much smoother and set me up for success. Since then, I've found expectations to be clear and communication to be straightforward. I know what's expected of me, and I've never felt like I had to play office politics or guess what leadership wanted. The work is definitely fast-paced, but I've never felt like I was being asked to do anything unreasonable. I've also been able to maintain a healthy work-life balance, which isn't always easy to find at a growing company. I've learned a lot in a short amount of time, had the opportunity to take ownership of my work, and have been lucky to work with a team that's always willing to help.

Kontras

I'd love a few more vacation days, but that's a company-wide policy. Other than that, I don't really have any major complaints based on my experience.

Pros

Met a few smart-ish folks.

Kontras

If you’re considering joining Doceree, I strongly encourage you to think twice. From my first few weeks, it became clear that this was one of the most disappointing professional experiences of my career. The leadership team operates through fear, intimidation, and a lack of respect for employees rather than through trust, transparency, or mentorship. Professionalism is often absent, and the overall culture feels unhealthy and disconnected from the reality of what employees experience day-to-day. What stood out most was how many colleagues privately expressed that they were actively looking to leave. The common theme wasn’t that people were excited about the company and growth opportunities—it was that many felt trapped by the current job market and were waiting for the right opportunity to move on. I was also concerned by what appeared to be a pattern of overly positive employee reviews being posted in clusters, often around the same dates. Prospective candidates should read reviews carefully and look for recurring themes rather than relying solely on ratings. Another challenge is that key HR and people operations functions are managed outside the United States, which can create a disconnect when supporting U.S.-based employees and understanding local workplace expectations and culture. Nothing about the environment felt healthy, collaborative, or authentic. In conversations with professionals across the healthcare advertising industry, the company’s reputation and leadership concerns were already well known. This was a difficult chapter in my career, and if you’re reading reviews because you’re evaluating an offer, I would view that instinct as a sign to continue exploring other opportunities. There are far better companies where you’ll be treated with respect and supported in your growth.
