The proprietary software/app makes clinical admin much smoother, leaving more time for actual patient care. Career Growth: There is a real sense of being involved in "new things" here. The company is expanding, and they are open to ideas from staff. It feels like you can actually shape the direction of the service rather than just being a cog in a machine. Culture: The team is supportive and responsive. You don't feel like you are shouting into a void when you need operational help.

Because they are innovative and always trying new things, processes can change quickly.

DocTap has been a really great place to work overall. You’re trusted with responsibility from early on, and there’s plenty of room to grow if you want to. There are loads of opportunities to get involved in things outside your core role too, which keeps the job interesting and helps you pick up new skills. There’s also a real culture of genuinely caring about patients and making sure they have the best possible experience, and it’s nice to be around a team who are genuinely motivated by that. It’s been great being part of the team and seeing how quickly things are improving and evolving across the company.
