No transparency within company. Employees are told there will be growth opportunities when there are rare occurrences for promotions and moves to other teams. The company has a number of talented individuals that are stuck doing work unrelated to what they were hired to do. Teams are irrelevant to the execs unless they generate revenue. Growth at company is almost impossible even with stellar performance reviews. At one company wide meeting employees were told to ask for promotions, resources, etc. from their managers because the company could not predict what employees wanted. However most requests are pushed back or declined by HR or managers. Overall this is a good place for entry level workers looking to learn basics in cross-functional collaboration and gain experience. If you’re looking for long-term growth, expect to be strung along.

Pros

The interview process was very smooth with the interviewers taking time to answer all my questions and give me a clear picture of what the role would be. Everyone working here is very friendly and the training process was smooth and supportive.
