Some workers will sit idle in one spot for hours doing little to nothing while others are sent all over nonstop having multiple calls back to back with barely any time to rest. Poor staffing decisions, lack of support, and constant mismanagement have created a toxic work environment across the board. You will be run into the ground and expected not to question it. The company refuses to address these issues or hire enough staff, and conditions are only going to get worse.
