Everything else. Management manages to pay so high due to the fact that they expect one tech to do the work of three. You'll get mandated, as well as put on absurd calls across boroughs late into your mandate. You have to ask and hope to grab food on the way to a call, and then still tell you that you need to rush. Dispatchers don't care about you as a person, they only care about clearing the board.
