Without question this is the worst managed mortgage company there is. If you would like to see an example of the "Peter Principle," look no further that this company. Several people they have working for them in leadership positions, have no no understanding of professionalism, work ethic, and most importantly the ability to treat customers with respect; the antiquated systems and processes do not lend themselves to achieve anything close to efficiency. If you want to utilize your skills and knowledge, especially that in the mortgage industry, go to another company.
