I could talk about the benefits (Unlimited PTO, paid employee healthcare, company equity) or the perks (no dress code, standing desks, free snacks, etc), but the number one reason why Distil is the best company I've ever worked for is the people. Every single person that works at Distil is intelligent, motivated, and innovative. I know that I can rely on everyone single one of my co-workers to not only get their work done, but to provide help when needed. This is a sink or swim environment - there's no room for a bad employee to hide. But if you're an innovator, someone who knows how to get things done, and have never-ending intellectual curiosity, Distil is the place for you

It's easy to stay in your department bubble (whether thats Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Implementation, etc) and feel like you may not know what's going on day-to-day with other parts of the company. Our leadership team tries hard to make sure there's transparency and to provide regular updates, but it's sometimes hard to keep up with all of the moving pieces.
