Disorganised - things change at the drop of a hat from 1 week to the next, so something you could be working on becomes irrelevant by the next week. No such thing as lifting each-other up and supporting each-other to get a task done, at least in my department. You are put down for the smallest of errors if it isn’t to their liking. Toxic clique environment - constant gossiping & backstabbing going on, if your not in the clique then forget it. The list could go on but the above says it all in a nutshell, just avoid.
