- Management can definitely be improved. Not all but a lot of them do need to have their ears pulled. - It appears that they demote engineers but protect the managers. I found myself asking why is this 'marketing' person an engineering manager. How did this happen. Well with no technical foresight then it is the blind leading. - Overworked group.
