Tedious work but not difficult.

Low moral due to no career advancement opportunities, low pay, pay raise freeze, etc. Being good at your job makes them ask yiu to work more overtime and take on more responsibility but they do not increase range. People complain all the time but do not do anything to make the environment more positive.
