Poor Management starting from the CEO. There is no trust and its all about appearance before employees are truly taken care of. Also there is no work life balance and expected to answer phone if the big man is calling anytime of day or night even on Holidays

Hazard pay was nice for nasty jobs.

The pay was exceptionally low with no benefits
