Pros

The people made this experience tolerable. Lots of diverse clients and projects kept work interesting. Great way to make connections to individuals in all 50 states.

Kontras

Leadership is the biggest challenge to this organization. 3 CEO's in just under a year and a half. Company had 56 when I started and was down to 17 when I left. Just a awful leadership team

Pros

Interesting work Good connections through their field network Flexible work schedule Casual environment Most staffers are personable and friendly Don't have to bill time in incremental periods, which is a huge plus

Kontras

Severe lack of communication between senior management and rest of the staff Extremely high turnover Senior management is very cliquey, plays favorites and tends to speak behind junior staffers backs Very little opportunity for growth especially if you are a woman CEO is often absent from the office and not friendly/personable Not very much "outside the box" thinking -- often use the same recycled techniques for different clients
