Pros

Growing company with good commission rates. Good commissions for hard workers with no limit to income and good owner.

Kontras

No advancement opportunities. Questionable business practices. May have 4 record breaking days in a row and then a slow day and the sky is falling. Too much panicking- too much micro managing. Some people get weeks to learn the job others get days or even hours and let go.

1. Effective training – it gives you the tools to get started. 2. I’ve learned a lot about cold calling. 3. The compensation structure is motivating. 4. Frequent incentives and bonuses 5. Monday-Friday schedule, no weekend work

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is that earnings are not limited to an hourly rate. The commission structure gives me opportunities to increase my income through strong performance. The colleagues around me are motivated, which creates an energetic atmosphere. I have developed more confidence on the phone and become more comfortable with sales conversations.
