The work environment and the people that you generally work with are pleasant. The office is usually well organized and there is a family dynamic within the team.

Kontras

Some parts of management seem to be very detached and unconcerned about the entire process of organizing the office, in general. The salary is a bit less than desirable, unless you are a skilled fundraiser. That was not my position, however.

DIALOGUE DIRECT is a healthy environment with a multifaceted propserous referendum. This company has a multitude of employees and members that all work together and collaborate for a bigger purpose. This is important because a successful organization depends on the ability of the team to alloy its resources and avoid occlusion of any kind. This company is rarely stifled and is a great place to work.
