It's clean, great place to work for someone wanting to get some customer service experience under their belt.

The pay starts off at ten an hour. If you're bilingual it's a dollar extra. I didn't see that extra dollar until two weeks before I quit my job. They kept promising they would give me a raise if I performed well on my calls when really they only gave raises to seniority. I am bilingual and I told them that I would reject Spanish calls because my paycheck didn't say I was.
