Staff were treated as if they should be grateful they are employed by DCL. The culture in the company at the time was toxic, I had heard multiple senior leaders ignoring issues that had been raised by staff either by laughing it off or acting as if the employee was ungrateful and they should be grateful "at least they have got a job". I wouldn't recommend anyone that wants to take their career seriously work here, the leadership team have a boys club mentality. During covid our pay rises were delayed anywhere between 2-5 months while cost of living increased and then we received an email stating we just made record profits...most employees received a 1% pay rise. I've worked in multiple companies big and small and I have been the most unhappy working here.
