Pros
The company culture is brilliant. Friendly staff and great events both for charity and at Christmas. IT equipment is good. Company induction is thorough.

It's very much an "old boys club" the staff that have been there the longest seem to take the mick, throw their toys out of the pram until they get what they want and the management give in.. Leaving the office on time is definitely frowned upon, hard to get a work/life balance without being b-tched about.
