Management are difficult to work with and either dislikes you or loves you. Coordinators are micro managed and more and more productivity is expected. If something goes wrong you are personally blamed. Loads of people are seriously unhappy and stressed out. If you work in another department you get extra support and breaks. The previous department manager amazing, I'm looking for a new job.
