Cant recommend this company in the current structure - TSSR bei Diligent Robotics: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Going into diligent robotics I had come in with a good mindset knowing it wouldn’t be easy as it was a startup. However when hiring for our department we were told we would have opportunities to move around the company to where we fit in best. Sadly I can’t say that has been the case. The operation team is mostly build on lies and false promises of moving you around. I have seen it happen to myself and countless others who are qualified for roles get passed up by external hires because they constantly change the rules on when you can and can’t move out. The reason for this is because the operations team bleeds people like crazy. You are sat infront of a monitor and are told to do one thing however you will always be told what you did was wrong by the higher ups. The operations team is also pretty much left out of all events due to our schedule so you pretty much feel like an outcast. There’s really too much to put into a review on Glassdoor but I think I got my main points across.
