The communication was extremely poor and showed a lack of professionalism and respect for the candidate's time and career. Because of this delay and uncertainty, I was put in a very difficult situation and risked losing other genuine opportunities. My advice to IT professionals: do not rely solely on verbal confirmation from this company until you receive a formal offer letter in writing. Continue attending interviews and keep other options open. I hope the company improves its recruitment process and treats candidates with greater transparency, accountability, and professionalism.
