      Not many, office location is okay

      An agency with bank like expectations for office days minus the pay Not many benefits, a gym is supposed to be one but it’s about the size of a shed Poor management, random decision making and lack of progression opportunities

      Pros

      Like most hold co's - its all dependent on your team, but the people on my team are genuinely kind and smart folks. Plus its Publicis owned, so business is actively being won

      Kontras

      Classic agency stuff, overworked with many 50+ hour weeks. Publicis' current model is to understaff instead of layoff, so basically every team could use another person. Client has a ton of issues which is not on Digitas at all but does impact the experience.
