Only if you were capable enough to stay longer and evaluate, And yes its better people like you who complain are fired even before you start to show your gloomy colors, And seniors whom you feel is treated well is cause they deserved their space and if you forgot to mention that many seniors in the company joined as freshers if you were not aware of it. We would love to have people who are capable of delivering and are confident to potray their work instead complain for their own problems. Anyways I believe you learnt enough to grab a job for yourself. Thats our achievement if not yours. Regards
