The energy of DMR is so collaborative . Everyone truly cares about each other and there is lots of room to learn and grow. I enjoy my time working at DMR and made some incredible and talented friends.

Pay could be slightly higher but they're working on that which is great.

It's in a fairly nice location, and for the internship itself, you learn a lot of interesting programs and software. The tasks are fairly simple, but the learning can be immense.

Communication is very poor...you get zero feedback from your superiors, and morale is never very high. It seems to go unnoticed when you stay two hours late to censor a song in a movie, yet it also feels like you can be put on blast for minor slip-ups
