Pros

During my time at Digimarc I have seen meaningful positive changes. I have a lot of confidence in our CEO and the direction he’s taking the company. The technology is truly innovative, and it’s exciting to work on products that are shaping the future of digital watermarking. Communication has also improved significantly — there’s a stronger sense of transparency and alignment across teams than in the past. Overall, it’s a great place to work with smart, kind, passionate people and a leadership team that’s clearly focused on continuous improvement.

Kontras

Not a con per say but I’d love to see the company take a more strategic approach to how new products and initiatives are developed. At times it feels like we’re building technology before we’ve fully validated the market need. With a stronger focus on research and go-to-market strategy, I think Digimarc could realize its full potential even faster.
