There is little to no communication from management regarding these delays—no clear reasons, no timelines, and no accountability. Every month comes with uncertainty, creating a stressful and unhealthy work environment. Work expectations remain high, yet the organization fails to meet its most basic obligation: paying employees on time. This breaks trust and reflects poorly on overall management practices. If you value financial stability and a professional work culture, this is not a place I would recommend.
