Pros
This company is doing great things as a medical device coampany. Everyone that I worked with so far loves this comapany and loves working with everyone around them. I came from another medical devise comapany and Dexcom is really on top of there game for being as larges and how fast they have grown. I would highyly recomend you to consider Dexcom as your next employer.
Kontras
I dont have nothing bad to say about the company, but there is a couple things I wish would change or managment look into. Issue 1-I wish they did a job market review because everyone on my team is under paid to what some of these other companies are paying around this area. There been a few candidates that turned down the job offer because its less then they are making now. Issue 2- They offer really good benefits here for the most part. The only one I wish they would look to revise is the 401k. As of now Dexcom doest match anything at all. They just have a 401k plan that they take out pre-tax dollars.
