It's also possible that business requirements change during implementation, requiring rapid adaptation.

You definitely need to be good at multitasking, or you’ll get overwhelmed pretty fast. Also, some of the internal processes are still a bit of a mess. You’ll definitely run into moments where things feel chaotic or disorganized, so you have to be okay with "winging it" sometimes while we figure things out.
