When people ask me about my job at Devoted, I regularly say -- "You know how at most jobs you know who you can count on and who you can't? It's not like that here. Everyone does what they say they're going to do. It's a stellar team. There's a lot of trust and people depend on each other because we have to -- it's a real team effort."
