Working on base feels safe as can be. Less chance of jewelry store smash and grab style loss. Sales employees are kind and friendly.

Minimum wage, no raises, asked to work OT hours but not paid for it, no benefits, no recognition for consistent top sales. No growth potential. Pressure to sell more than your coworkers, regardless of how much is sold. In fact, 3 former employees went to work for the competition we work directly beside on base. One of those employees had been with the company for 20 years previously. It's clear to see why they've had to downsize over the last few years.
